WHAT IF YOU DON'T HAVE MY SIZE?

Most of the clothing on our website comes in a size 12-32. Orders are placed regularly and in certain instances, special orders can be made. If you see something that you would like but your size isn't listed, please do send us an email via the contact us page and we will do our best to get the item in for you.

WHAT IF THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK?

Orders are placed on a regular basis and in certain instances, special orders can be made. If you see something that you would like that is sold out or not currently in stock, please send us an email via the contact us page and we will do our best to get the item in for you.

Please note any items ordered on pre-order can take anywhere from 5 to 21 days to be received and are not guaranteed to be in stock at the time of order. We will do our best to get it in stock for you and will advise if we are unable to do so, however given stock levels change constantly it won't be known till the order is placed. If we are not able to source the item for you we will of course provide a full refund.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We currently accept Paypal, Direct Bank Deposit and Money Order.

LAYBY OPTION 

We do offer a 4 week layby service on all items including sale items. Layby terms and conditions are as follows:

  • A 25% layby deposit is required when the order is placed.
  • Layby’s are only kept for a maximum period of 4 weeks and must be finalized by the due date. If you have a layby and do require a little more time to finalise your purchase, that is ok, however please do let us know.
  • If your layby is cancelled, all money will be refunded minus the 25% deposit which will be kept as a cancellation fee.
  • If you fail to make payments and/or do not finalize your layby by the due date (without contacting us to arrange an extension) your layby will be cancelled and the items returned for sale.
  • Where multiple items have been put on layby, any item that has been paid for can be posted out separately/prior to the completion of the full layby, providing there is enough of a deposit remaining to cover the balance of the layby.
  • Postage fees will need to be paid for each package sent.
  • All items remain the property of Curvy is Beautiful until payment has been received in full.

SHIPPING

All items (Australia wide) are sent via Platinum Express Post which enables tracking of the package and includes insurance cover of $100. Cost of shipping is as follows:

$12.50 for upto 500g

$16.00 for upto 3kg

All packages should be received within 1-3 business days, unless your item is out of stock or you have placed a special order. We will advise you if that is the case.

Regular post can be requested however the item is not trackable under regular post and no responsibility will be taken for any goods lost in transit. 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES 

  We’re pretty confident you’ll love the quality of our garments, however if something doesn’t fit, or for whatever reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept return of any full priced item(s) for refund or exchange, providing that the garments are unworn and have not been altered and are returned to us within seven (7) calendar days of you receiving your item.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund on sale items, items purchased via personal styling appointments or special orders. However these items can be exchanged for another item. There is also no refunds on Kaftans, as these are made to order.

Please note that any item that is returned for refund or exchange must be in its original condition. This means that all labels are still attached, the garment is unworn, unaltered, unsoiled, undamaged and free of any fragrances. Items not meeting these requirements will be returned to you.

If your items are acceptable for a refund or exchange, we will either credit payment back to you or exchange the item as instructed. Shipping fees are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for any shipping fees incurred when returning the item(s). In the case of a credit card refund, it will be placed on the credit card that was used for the original purchase within 7 days of the item being returned and inspected.

It is the customers responsibility to arrange and pay for the shipping of any items requiring refund or exchange. Please ensure you return any items back to us within the 7 days to: PO BOX 376, West Ryde NSW 2114.  Curvy is Beautiful will however re-ship any exchanged items free of charge.

We understand that privacy is a major concern for our customers and we respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy is to advise what we do with the information you have provided to us through our website.

Collection of your information...

When you make a purchase or register online for our mailing list, we will collect certain information from you. This may include your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number and any other information required to complete the sale and process your order. This also includes your shipping address etc.

How do we use your information?

We will only use your information to process your order and to communicate with you if you have elected to subscribe to our mailing list. You can opt out from receiving emails from Curvy is Beautiful at any time, simply by advising us via email.

We will not disclose your information to any unrelated third parties at any time.

Security...

All information is stored securely and all credit card payments processed securely through Paypal.
