REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We’re pretty confident you’ll love the quality of our garments, however if something doesn’t fit, or for whatever reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept return of any full priced item(s) for refund or exchange, providing that the garments are unworn and have not been altered and are returned to us within seven (7) calendar days of you receiving your item.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund on sale items or special orders, however these items can be exchanged for another item. Please note we do not offer a refund on items purchased via personal styling appointments or on Kaftans as these are made to order. You can however exchange these items.
Please note that any item that is returned for refund or exchange must be in its original condition. This means that all labels are still attached, the garment is unworn, unaltered, unsoiled, undamaged and free of any fragrances. Items not meeting these requirements will be returned to you.
If your items are acceptable for a refund or exchange, we will either credit payment back to you or exchange the item as instructed. Shipping fees are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for any shipping fees incurred when returning the item(s). In the case of a credit card refund, it will be placed on the credit card that was used for the original purchase.
It is the customers responsibility to arrange and pay for the shipping of any items requiring refund or exchange. Please ensure you return any items back to us within the 7 days to: PO BOX 376, West Ryde NSW 2114. Curvy is Beautiful will however re-ship any exchanged items free of charge.
